A family trip across Poland with three-years old Franek and one-year old Ernest.

The first expedition for a one-year old Ernest and the second one for a three-year old Pako. We used our bikes to travel from Hel to Karpacz and then walked up on Śnieżka. Pako made it with no help whatsoever. At the beginning we underestimated the physical and psychological difficulties of this expedition. Awful July weather, local sandy roads we chose and the peculiarities that come with travelling with children made this trip no simpler than the most difficult expeditions to the Andes or across the desert. We caught a new bug. Boys very often ask us to set up a tent for them in the house. Well, a leopard can’t change its spots…
