I think of me as a specialist in extreme expeditions to the most secluded places on our planet. My favourites locations are deserts around the globe, from Australia to Bolivia. My achievements include crossing the longest mountain ridge in the world, the Andes, by bike, solo fatbike crossing of the most difficult route ever makrked – Canning Stock Route in Western Australia and a solo walk across the largest salt desert in the world. In 2018 I was the first man in history to solo cross the Mongolian Gobi desert – the largest desert in Asia and second largest (to Sahara) desert in the world. I am the Fellow Member of The Explorers Club.
I work for National Geographic Traveler as a regular contributor and as a guide for trekking expeditions organised on different continents. I share my experience during lectures and seminars. My photographs have been published by media all around the world, in: The Guardian, Daily Mail, National Geographic, Globetrotter Magazin, 4-Seasons Magazin and Adventure Travel Magazine.
In 2017 the Agora published my book: ‘TREK’ named ‘Mountain Book of the Year’ in the category ‘Mountain guidebooks and handbooks’ at the Mountain Festival in Lądek Zdrój and granted the Magellan award in the category ‘The Traveller’s Guide’ during the International Warsaw Book Fair.
I am a brand ambassador for Aztorin.
