One and a half year by bike across the Andes – the longest mountain range in the world

‘Rowerami na Krańce Świata’ (To the world’s egde by bike) was an expedition that changed everything. Almost 16 000 kilometres made on bikes: from Argentina-Brazil border, through the Terra del Fuego, to Caribbean coast in Columbia. 18 months en route, through South America along its backbone – the Andes, climbing summits, including: Aconcagua 6962 m, Licancabur 5920 m, Huayna Potosi 6088 m, Sajama 6542 m, El Misti 5822 m, Chimborazo 6268 m i Cotopaxi 5897 m. In 2013 the expedition was awarded with a special award in the category ‘Feat of the Year’ at the Kolosy festival and the magazine National Geographic Polska in recognition of the reports published during the expedition nominated us to the ‘Travelery’ award in the category ‘Blog of the Year’.
